CaTecia Godbee is a dynamic trainer, seasoned consultant, and licensed clinical
social worker with a Bachelor of Arts in Experimental Psychology from the
University of South Carolina and a Master of Social Work from Clark Atlanta
University. She is also dedicated member of the Association of Oncology Social
Workers. CaTecia brings over a decade of hands-on hospice experience and more
than five years of specialized expertise in oncology care.
With a strong foundation in both clinical practice and leadership, Agility offers
expert-level coaching and training for healthcare professionals and organizations.
Our training is grounded in real-world application, blending evidence-based
strategies with compassionate, person-centered care. We specialize in developing
skills that enhance interdisciplinary collaboration, improve patient outcomes, and
